Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect copyright law and will respond quickly to valid DMCA takedown notices.

If you believe that any material reachable through a link on MyPornFinder.com infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the full URL on MyPornFinder.com where it appears)
4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email)
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing link as quickly as possible (usually within 24–48 hours).

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake, you may file a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that has been removed and its previous location (URL)
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, phone number, email, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your place of residence (or Michigan, USA if outside the US)

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate access for users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.
